Makeup + Refund Policy

  1. Makeups are generally unlimited, but must be completed within the Season.
  2. Makeups are based on availability, but they are not 100% guaranteed. If you cannot get a makeup in due to the player not being able to make any options or they are sold out, we will not refund instead.
  3. Makeups are only possible for Seasonal commitment classes including Adult Group Instructional, Practice and Play, Cardio Pickleball, The Premier League, and The Algorithm League.
  4. For committing for Level-Based Open Play, due to the nature of the program, the benefit is solely holding your spot and receiving a lower price. The 16 hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel outside of that window, you can request an account credit. If you are within the cancellation policy, then you will be billed with no makeup option. 
  5. For Leagues, if there is a no-show without communication, a $20 surcharge will be applied to your account. 
  6. If you forget to cancel your membership and you are billed, if you request refund we cannot guarantee that it will be refunded.
  7. We have a 16 hour cancellation policy for all reservations and programming bookings. 
  8. All refunds will go to account credit. Special exceptions apply but are rare and used in cases of accidental billing or injury, for example.
