Event Programs

Come celebrate your child’s or an adult’s birthday party at Slate with our specialized, ultra-fun, coach-led birthday events!

We adapt the experience depending on their age and stage to ensure a fun and engaging experience across the spectrum. 

For children aged approximately 6-11, the format is heavily game-based as per the FUNdamentals stage, with fun pickleball hit, catch, and rally stations and games. 

For children aged approximately 12-17, the format includes a lesson inspired by the Foundations Beginner program to make sure beginner children are brought up to speed. For those who are already players, coach's will lead a gamified experience inspired by Cardio Pickleball. Open Play for all will round out the on-court experience.

Afterwards, the party transitions to the amenity  section for the remainder of the time, which can include present opening and cake/food. 

We are able to procure cake/food which will be a surcharge. Children's drinks are complimentary and can be selected ahead of time. The experience for 11u is 90 minutes long, and for 12u, two hours long.

For those who are total beginners, we’ll lead an experience inspired by the  Foundations beginner program to get them hooked. For those that have played and are able to serve, rally, and score, we’ll have separate courts of gameplay inspired by Cardio Pickleball. 

Afterwards, we’ll switch to an Open Play for all to put it to the test. 

We are able to procure cake/food if preferred. The experience is two hours long.

Customers can book birthday parties up to a year in advance. Available times to book are weekends from 4pm-close, and Fridays 7pm-close.

Coaching Level: Moderate to High.

Cost: $22/hour/head. Slate-provided food/cake will alter price on a case-by-case basis.
