Slate is a dynamic operation thanks to our heavy emphasis on top-tier programming, alongside our full-service bar and pro shop Gear Garage. Because high-quality programming is central to what we do, we place a massive focus on quality assurance including continuous audits and ongoing education for our amazing coaching team.

Junior Development Program
We proudly offer the most robust, effective, and fun Junior Development program around, thoughtfully structured by age and stage. That’s a bold statement, but we stand behind it 100%.
Sports science is our North Star: we strictly follow the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model and modern racquet sports methodologies. We meet kids right where they are to ensure they learn, compete, and fall in love with the game in an optimal environment. Pickleball is an incredible lifelong sport, and every kid should learn the fundamentals before heading to high school and college. It’s accessible, social, and gives young players the chance to thrive as athletes no matter their experience level!
